Inverted Bucket Steam Traps belong to the family of mechanical traps. They operate on the difference in density between steam and water.
MIYAWAKI offers a very wide range of inverted bucket steam traps for small up to large condensate loads. Inverted bucket steam traps discharge the condensate intermittently.

FEATURES
- All traps are equipped with stainless steel wear and corrosion resistant lever, valve and seat system for long and trouble-free service

- A small hole in the top of the bucket secures continuous automatic air venting

SUPER-DISCHARGER:
- Incorporates the MIYAWAKI SCCV® -System
- Double valve system with needle pilot valve and main valve
- Operates by the pressure difference inside the valve unit
- Makes the discharge capacity very large
- Designed for high pressure up to 6,4 MPa (925 psig) — only for ER25
ES SERIES
Cast iron condensate trap for low-medium capacity
Inverted bucket steam traps discharge condensate without accumulating it in front of the steam trap with a temperature close to a saturation temperature.
Application: for drainage of steam pipes, heat exchangers and various saturated gas systems in all sectors of industry where a quick condensate drain is needed.

ER SRIES

ESH & ER25 SERIES
Cast-steel inverted bucket condensate trap for medium-high pressure
Inverted bucket condensate trap ESU series body, bonnet and internal parts are fully made of stainless steel. Condensate traps can be used in the conditions of working pressure up to 2.1 MPa (21 bar) with low-medium capacity.
Application: for drainage of heat exchangers and various saturated gas systems in all sectors of industry where a quick condensate drain is needed.
