Gate valves
Gate valves as per ANSI

Standard API 600 (ISO 10434)
Class 150÷2500 ANSI
Fields of application :
- Oil and gas industry
- Oil refining industry
- Oil producing industry
- Chemical industry
- Metal industry
Certificates :
- GOST R certificate
- ROSTEKHNADZOR Permission to use
- API 6D Certificate of conformity
- API 6FA Certificate of conformity
- Certificate of conformity to NACE MR 0103-2003
Supplied product line includes a wide range of forged, cast gate valves manufactured in compliance with API 6D, API 600, API 602, API 607.
Valve materials include carbon, alloy and corrosion resistant steel WCB, LCB, LCC, WC6, C5, C12, CF8M, Duplex and Super Duplex steel, Inconel, Hastelloy as well as their equivalents of forged steel. Gate valve design with “Double Block & Bleed” (DBB – leaks draw-off from casing under pressure supplied from both sides) function is available in accordance with NACE. These type of valves are resistant to hydrogen sulphide and have different type actuators. If required valves of special design can be manufactured in accordance with customer’s specification.
All valves with installed actuators, limit switches, solenoid valves, regulating filters and other attachable equipment upon customer’s request undergo tests and are certified n compliance with manufacturer’s standard.

Ball valves for viscous medium containing abrasive materials
Steel ball valve with metal seats

Flanged

Welded
Operating conditions
Operating medium: natural gas, coke gas, oil and its derivatives, liquids and gases, thick matters with and without abrasive contaminants. Operating pressure from 0 up to required PN.
Температура рабочей среды : от -50°С до +400°С
Operating medium temperature: -50°С up to +400°С
Specific operating conditions depend on ball valve general arrangement and used materials. If operating medium contains abrasive contaminants it is necessary to specify their content when placing the order.
Typical production rate:

Erection in pipeline
Ball valves can be installed on pipeline in no particular position. In case of control by electric drive it is required to follow the rules applied for drives. Valves installation on support is usually not required. In case of installation underground trench package is used; in this case it is recommended to install ball valves with DN>=200 on baseplate.
Steel ball valve with heating guard

Design with single guard

Design with double guard
Operating conditions:
- Operating conditions: thick matters with and without abrasive contaminants.
- Operating pressure: from 0 up to required PN
- Operating medium temperature: -20°С up to +400°С
- Ambient temperature: -50°С up to +60°С

Design
К91.9 – body always consists of two parts as it is equipped with heating single or double guard. In case of double heating guard both guards are jointed together with gland joint that gives possibility for temperature expanding deformations. Heating guard is fed with heating operating medium (usually steam or oil) that supports thick operating media in liquid condition even at not very high temperatures providing possibility for their transportation through pipeline system.
Used materials
Operating medium temperature
up to +300°С | +300°С up to +400°С
Ball | А 304, А 316 | А 304, А 316 |
Seat | Stainless Steel |
Specific choice of metal pair for ball and seat depends on operating temperature and operating medium parameters (chemical properties, degree of abrasion etc.).
Gate valve arrangement:

Gate valve arrangement – for temperature up to +200°С

Gate valve arrangement – for temperature up to +400°С
Protection against pressure increase in intermediate space:
Protection is ensured by its design “floating ball + floating seat”

π/4 х (D02 - D52) x P1

π/4×(D02-D52)×P2>π/4×(D02-D52)×P1+F; P2>P1
The seat is braced against the ball:
1 – by spring action force
2 – by “piston” effect from operating medium pressure
