A scientific-practical conference named Crucial Tasks in Oil-refining and Petrochemical Industry took place in Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas from November 21st to 23rd. There was also the final meeting on the Union Strategy of the technology of producing and of hydrocarbons and deep conversion of hydrocarbon resources.
The sessions discussed the priorities in the development of the petrochemical industry and the promising tasks of the innovative development of the fuel and energy complex; modern technologies of production and efficient use of hydrocarbons; questions on oil and gas chemistry; innovative approaches and technologies of hydrocarbon processing within the context of import self-sufficiency; digitalization of the production.
As a part of the Russian-British Raw Materials Dialogue, a business session was held in Saint-Petersburg Mining University. Executives and specialists from both countries attended the meeting to participate in a discussion mainly relating to future outlook for trade and investment cooperation between our countries.
The business meeting, which took place on 30th of January, was attended by a delegation from the UK’s Department of International Trade, headed by John Lindfield, Director of the Department, as well as by the Principal of the Mining University Vladimir Litvinenko. Representatives of Russian and British mining and oil and gas companies were also among the participants - "Gazprom Neft", OJSC PhosAgro, Russia Smiths Detection, Rotork, and a few others.
From April 16 to 19, 2018 the 18th international exhibition of equipment and technologies for the oil and gas complex Neftegaz-2018 will take place on the Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya in the Central Exhibition Complex Expocenter in Moscow.
This is the largest international exhibition in Russia and CIS countries. This exhibition has become the center of attraction of professional interests of the world oil and gas industry. The interest in the exhibition and its scale correspond to the role played by the extraction, processing and transportation of oil and gas in the economy of any country.
In Düsseldorf from 2 to 4 December 2014, the 9th World Conference and Exhibition VALVE WORLD 2014 was carried out.
From the 24th till the 27th of October the Annual International Exhibition «Khimia-2011» was held in the exhibition hall «Expocenter», Krasnaya Presnya. The Exhibition is a representative international forum uniting the largest Russian and foreign companies engaged in chemical, oil-refining, fuel and energy sector as well as related industries.
The 15th international chemical industry and science exhibition “Khimia 2009” was held in the central exhibition hall “Expocenter”, Krasnaya Presnya, Moscow from the 28th of September till the 2nd of October.
From 11th till 15th of may 2009 one of the largest international chemical fairs ACHEMA 2009 took place in Frankfurt-Main, Germany. The fair is held once in three years and provides the fullest overview of the current situation in all branches of chemical industry. The exhibition area exceeds 140 thousand m2.
23-27th of June 2008 an international exhibition “NEFTEGAS 2008” was held in the exhibiting hall “Expocenter” on Krasnaya Presnya, Moscow. The exhibition is an international forum that brings together the largest Russian and foreign companies in fuel and energy sector and adjoining branches.
LLC “VTO “PromTech” in association with the company “MIYAWAKI” participated in the international exhibition "Khimia-2007", which was held from 3rd up to 7th September 2007 in Moscow on Krasnaya Presnya.
During 29th to 31st May 2007 the exhibition Power Russia 2007 was held at Expocentr on Krasnaya Presnya. LLC “VTO “PromTech” in cooperation with the companies “Leslie controls”, USA, and “Regeltechnick Kornwestheim”, Germany, presented the modern equipment for process control.

This year more than 500 companies from 30 countries have participated in exhibition.
During May, 16th to May, 18th 2006 in Nizhnekamsk, the Republic of Tatarstan, IV International Specialized Exhibition “OIL REFINING. PETROCHEMISTRY. POWER INDUSTRY. ELECTRONICS. ECOLOGY.” was held. At the exhibition the company LLC “VTO “PromTech” presented production of its partners: the modern steam and condensate equipment of the firm “MIYAWAKI Inc.”, Japan, and control valves of the firm “Regeltechnik Kornwestheim” GmbH, Germany.
During 5th to 9th September 2005 LLC “VTO PromTech” with “Miyawaki GmbH” (Germany) participated in exhibition “Khimiya 2005” (Chemistry 2005) at Expocenter on Krasnaya Presnya in Moscow.
Moscow exhibition “Khimiya” (Chemistry) is first-rate not only in Russia, but in CIS countries. The exhibition was visited by managing director of “Miyawaki Inc.” Kensuke Mijawaki what indicates serious consideration of company shareholders to business development in Russia.
